Staley Holistic Counselling (SHC) uses personal information to allow for registration of clients to courses and newsletter subscriptions.  Also to assist in the resolution of issues.  All information disclosed to SHC is kept private and confidential as are all sessions that are conducted.  Any sessions that appear during SHC's TV Show - Staley - Private Sessions will be firstly consented by the client.  Any other personal information which you disclose is protected by the Privacy Act and by Australian privacy laws.  Staley Holistic Counselling is required to only pass on information if consented by the client, to further assist in resolution of problems and self development.  Clients participating in the Weight Loss & Lifestyle Program automatically have consented to pass on session information to Kim Bishop and David Watson for improvement and progress purposes only.
